摘   要:以磷石膏、粉煤灰、矿渣微粉、生石灰为主要原料制备了磷石膏基复合材料,研究了磷石膏基复合材料性能的影响因素,并通过多变量数值分析得到了最优配合比。结果表明:当磷石膏、粉煤灰、矿渣微粉、生石灰的质量比为1∶0.4∶0.06∶0.03时,制备的磷石膏基复合材料的抗压、抗折强度均较高;掺入6‰防水剂对磷石膏基复合材料的抗压强度提升较大,复掺3‰减水剂+3‰防水剂对抗折强度提升较大;当水胶比为0.38~0.40时,磷石膏基复合材料的强度较高;21 ℃蒸汽养护14 d可使磷石膏基复合材料的强度达到最佳,但蒸汽养护会导致磷石膏基复合材料的吸水率增大、软化系数降低;通过数值分析建立的多变量磷石膏基复合材料的强度计算公式,可以得出单一变量下磷石膏基复合材料的强度值和多变量下磷石膏基复合材料的强度值与对应原材料掺量之间的关系。 Abstract: The phosphogypsum-based composites were prepared with phosphogypsum, fly ash, slag powder and quicklime as main raw materials. The factors affecting the performance of phosphogypsum-based composites were studied, and the optimal mix proportion was obtained through multivariate numerical analysis. The results show that when the mass ratio of phosphogypsum, fly ash, slag powder, and quicklime is 1∶0.4∶0.06∶0.03, the compressive and flexural strengths of the prepared phosphogypsum-based composite materials are higher. The compressive strength of phosphogypsum-based composites is greatly improved by adding 6‰ water-repellent agent, and the flexural strength of phosphogypsum-based composites is greatly improved by adding 3‰ water-reducing agent + 3‰ water-repellent agent. When the water-binder ratio is 0.38~0.40, the strength of phosphogypsum-based composites is higher. Steam curing at 21 ℃ for 14 days can optimize the strength of phosphogypsum-based composites, but steam curing will increase the water absorption and decrease the softening coefficient of phosphogypsum-based composites. Through the strength calculation formula of multivariable phosphogypsum-based composites established by numerical analysis, the relationship between the strength value of phosphogypsum-based composites under single variable and the strength value of phosphogypsum-based composites under multivariable and the corresponding raw material content can be obtained.

摘   要:采用两种再生粗骨料(RAⅠ、RAⅡ)分别替代30%、50%、70%、100%的天然粗骨料,以及将两种再生粗骨料以不同质量比(mRAⅠ∶mRAⅡ=1∶3、1∶1、3∶1)混合后替代30%、50%、70%、100%的天然粗骨料制备了再生混凝土,研究了不同再生粗骨料的品质和掺量对再生混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和轴心抗压强度的影响。结果表明:再生混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和轴心抗压强度均随着再生粗骨料掺量的增加而降低;当再生粗骨料掺量一定时,再生混凝土的力学强度随着mRAⅠ∶mRAⅡ的增大而增大;参考GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》建立的再生混凝土轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度关系式的拟合效果较好。 Abstract: Recycled concrete was prepared by using two kinds of recycled coarse aggregate(RAⅠ, RAⅡ) to replace 0, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100% natural coarse aggregate respectively, and using mixed recycled coarse aggregate (mRAⅠ∶mRAⅡ=1∶3, 1∶1, 3∶1) to replace 0, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100% natural coarse aggregate. The effects of different quality and content of recycled coarse aggregate on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and axial compressive strength of recycled concrete were studied. The results show that the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and axial compressive strength of recycled concrete decrease with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate content. When the content of recycled coarse aggregate is constant, the mechanical properties of recycled concrete increase with the increase of mRAⅠ∶mRAⅡ. The relationship between the axial compressive strength and the cubic compressive strength of recycled concrete established by referring to GB 50010—2010 Code for Design of Concrete Structures has a good fitting effect.

摘   要:采用固定砂石体积法和改进的全计算法,设计了C40机制砂自密实轻骨料混凝土的配合比,并通过正交试验分析了机制砂自密实轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度和工作性。结果表明:当水胶比为0.37、体积砂率为51%、Ⅰ级粉煤灰替代率为20%、硅灰替代率为4%、聚羧酸高性能减水剂掺量为1%时,能够满足C40机制砂自密实轻骨料混凝土的相关性能要求。 Abstract: Using the fixed gravel volume method and the improved total calculation algorithm, the mix proportion of C40 machine-made sand self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete was designed, and the compressive strength and workability of machine-made sand self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete were analyzed through orthogonal test. The results show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.37, the volume sand ratio is 51%, the substitution rate of grade Ⅰ fly ash is 20%, the substitution rate of silica fume is 4%, and the content of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water-reducing agent is 1%, C40 machine-made sand self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete can meet the relevant performance requirements.

摘   要:以煤矸石为原料,利用机械球磨法粉碎煤矸石,并将其与不同的化学激发剂混合,制得了活性不一的煤矸石粉。通过正交试验,研究了煤矸石粉掺量、化学激发剂种类和掺量对煤矸石胶砂抗压强度的影响,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了煤矸石粉的矿物组成和微观形貌。结果表明:机械球磨破坏了煤矸石的层状结构,提高了其表面活性;以10%掺量的煤矸石粉等质量替代水泥,并掺入2%的Ca(OH)2激发剂,可加快煤矸石粉的二次水化,对应胶砂试件的抗压强度达到最大。 Abstract: Coal gangue powder with different activity was prepared by mechanical ball milling and mixing with different chemical activators. Through orthogonal test, the influence of coal gangue powder content, chemical activator type and content on the compressive strength of coal gangue mortar was studied, and the mineral composition and micro morphology of coal gangue powder were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that mechanical ball milling destroys the layered structure of coal gangue and improves its surface activity. By replacing cement with 10% coal gangue powder and adding 2% Ca(OH)2 activator, the secondary hydration of coal gangue powder can be accelerated, and the compressive strength of corresponding mortar specimen can reach the maximum.
