摘要:研究了早强降黏型复合掺合料对盾构管片混凝土的工作性、养护时间、脱模强度、力学性能和长期耐久性能的影响。结果表明,掺加早强降黏型复合掺合料能够在一定程度上降低混凝土拌合物的黏度,提高混凝土的脱模强度及早期强度,从而改善盾构管片混凝土的外观,提高盾构管片模板周转率,对混凝土的耐久性能也有一定的提升。
Abstract: The workability, curing age, the strength for moulding, mechanical properties and long-term durability of the concrete for tunnel segment after the improvement of composite admixture with early strength and viscosity-reducing function were investigated. The results show that the composite admixture can reduce the viscosity of fresh concrete to some extent as well as the strength for moulding and early strength are both enhanced at the same time, thereby improving the exterior quality and durability of concrete of the shield tunnel segment and the turnover rate of template.

摘要:研究了不确定度在电杆力学试验中的应用,分别对标距测量、支点位移、荷载传感器误差进行了不确定度评定。通过设计建立数学模型,初步分析了各不确定度的来源,并计算了各影响因素的灵敏度系数,最后根据不确定度传播率合成,给出了不确定度分析结果。结果表明,在所有对电杆挠度测量的影响因素中,由于标距L、L2测量的灵敏度系数较小,其对挠度的影响可忽略。
Abstract: The application of measurement uncertainty in the mechanical test of circular concrete poles was studied, and the uncertainty of gauge length measurement, fulcrum displacement and load sensor error were evaluated. Through the design of the mathematical model, the source of each uncertainty was analyzed, and the sensitivity coefficients of each influencing factor were calculated. Finally, the uncertainty analysis results were given according to the uncertainty propagation rate synthesis. The analysis shows that in all the factors affecting the deflection measurement of the circular concrete pole, the influence of the gauge length is small, and its influence on the deflection can be negligible.

摘要:制作了15个方钢管赤泥混凝土短柱试件进行推出试验,获得了方钢管赤泥混凝土的荷载-滑移曲线,研究了赤泥替代率、混凝土强度、长径比(埋置长度)、宽厚比对方钢管赤泥混凝土黏结滑移性能的影响。研究结果表明,方钢管赤泥混凝土荷载-滑移曲线经历了5个阶段,即无滑移段、上升段、下降段、二次上升段、二次下降段。黏结极限荷载随赤泥替代率的提高先增加后降低,赤泥替代率为5%时,黏结极限荷载达到最大;赤泥替代率为20%时,黏结极限荷载与标准钢管混凝土相当。黏结极限荷载随混凝土强度及长径比的增加而增加;随宽厚比的增加而减小。
Abstract: Fifteen red mud concrete filled square steel tubes short column specimens were designed for the push-out test, and the load-slip curves of red mud concrete filled square steel tubes were obtained, and the effects of the replacement rate of red mud mass, concrete strength, length diameter ratio(embedment length), width to thickness ratio on the bond slip behavior of the steel stubs were studied. The results show that the load slip curves of red mud concrete filled square steel tubes can be classified into five stages: no slipping, ascending, descending, reascending and redescending. The bond ultimate load increases first and then decreases with the increase of red mud substitution rate. When the substitution rate of red mud is 5%, the bond ultimate load reaches the maximum. When the substitution rate of red mud is 20%, the bond ultimate load is equivalent to that of normal concrete filled steel tube. The bond ultimate load increases with the increase of the concrete strength and the length-diameter ratio, and decreases with the increase of the width-thickness ratio.
