摘 要:研究了不同养护方式(标准养护、80 ℃蒸汽养护)下,高钛矿渣砂和高钛矿渣粉分别全部取代河砂和粉煤灰对UHPC浆体工作性、力学性能、自收缩性能和抗冻性能的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:与对照组UHPC浆体相比,高钛矿渣UHPC浆体的工作性、力学性能、自收缩性能和抗冻性能基本均有所提高;与标准养护相比,蒸汽养护可以有效促进胶凝材料水化,提升高钛矿渣UHPC浆体的力学性能;在高钛矿渣砂全部取代河砂的基础上,进一步用高钛矿渣粉全部取代粉煤灰后,UHPC浆体的各项性能总体上略有下降。
Abstract: The effects of replacing all river sand and fly ash with high titanium slag sand and high titanium slag powder on the workability, mechanical properties, autogenous shrinkage performance and frost resistance of UHPC slurry under different curing methods(standard curing and 80 ℃ steam curing) were studied, and microscopic analysis was conducted. The results show that compared with the control group UHPC slurry, the workability, mechanical properties, autogenous shrinkage performance and frost resistance of UHPC slurry with high titanium slag were basically improved. Compared with standard curing, steam curing can effectively promote the hydration of cementitious materials and improve the mechanical properties of UHPC slurry with high titanium slag. On the basis of replacing all river sand with high titanium slag sand, and further replacing all fly ash with high titanium slag powder, the overall performance of UHPC slurry slightly decreases.
