摘 要:通过对比试验探讨了石灰石粉以不同比例取代粉煤灰对混凝土的工作性能、力学性能等的影响。试验结果表明,适宜的石灰石粉掺量可提高混凝土的坍落度,减少混凝土坍落度的经时损失,并提高混凝土强度。 Abstract: By comparison test, the effects of the limestone powder replaced with fly ash as different proportions on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete are discussed. The test results indicate that suitable amount of limestone powder can improve the slump of concrete, reduce the concrete slump loss, and increase the strength of concrete.

摘 要:以深圳某高层建筑深基坑支护的设计与施工为例,总结并分析了紧邻周边建筑及市政交通干道的岩质边坡深基坑支护工程的设计、施工方面的成功经验和教训。基坑监测结果显示,支护结构位移及周边建筑最大沉降满足要求 Abstract: Taking the design and construction of deep foundation pit supporting of a high-rise building in Shenzhen as an example, the experience and lessons are summed up and analyzed about the design and construction of deep foundation pit supporting, which is adjacent to buildings and urban transportation lines. The deep foundation pit monitoring result shows that the supporting displacement and maximum settlement of adjacent buildings can reach the requirements in the specification.

摘 要:进行了基于硫铝酸盐水泥体系的预制简支箱梁盆式橡胶支座灌浆材料的试验研究,以硫铝酸盐水泥、矿粉和石膏为原材料,辅以骨料,高效减水剂、早强剂、缓凝剂等材料,通过合理的配合比探索,研制出了满足《客运专线桥梁盆式橡胶支座暂行技术条件》要求的HLC-ZS1预制简支箱梁盆式橡胶支座灌浆料。 Abstract: The experimental research on the grouting material support in the prefabricated box girders with tub rubber is carried out based on the aluminum sulfur acid salt cement system. With sulfur acid salt cement, slag powder and gypsum as raw material, through the reasonable proportion exploration, with the aggregates, efficient water reducing agent, early strength agent, retarder, etc., the HLC-ZS1 grouting material support in prefabricated box girders with tub rubber is prepared, which can meet the requirement of “Interim technology standard of rubber support with box girders for passenger lines”

摘 要:为提高混凝土空心砌块的隔热性能,采用有限单元法研究了聚苯板在其孔洞中的填充方式对热阻的影响。结果表明,砌块插孔呈矩形为佳。插孔长度不变,热阻随其厚度的增加而增加。插孔率一定,热阻随插孔排数的增加而增加;随其列数的增加而降低。插孔交错排列,热阻增加。当插孔仅有部分填充时,聚苯板最好靠近砌块的高温面。 Abstract: To improve the heat-proof quality of concrete hollow blocks, the effects of the pattern of the polystyrene board inserting in its hole on the thermal performance are studied by finite element method. The results show that the appropriate shape of the jack is rectangle. Keeping the length of the jack, the blocks’ thermal resistance increases with its thickness increasing. Keeping the jack rate, the thermal resistance increases with the increasing of the jack’s rows, and reduces with the increasing of its columns. The thermal resistance increases when the jacks are arranged staggered. If only partial jacks are filled, it is better that the polystyrene board is close to the block’s hot face.

摘 要:采用硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、硅灰、矿粉等胶凝材料配制不同类型的水泥砂浆,对其抗酸腐蚀性能进行了研究。将砂浆浸泡在pH值为2的硫酸溶液中进行腐蚀,测试特定腐蚀龄期的质量损失、强度损失、腐蚀深度等指标,评价砂浆的抗酸腐蚀性能。结果表明,硅酸盐水泥系列砂浆的抗酸腐蚀性能优于硫铝酸盐水泥系列砂浆,矿粉、硅灰双掺的硅酸盐水泥砂浆抗酸性能最好。 Abstract: Acid corrosion resistance of mortars with different cementitious materials such as Portland cement, sulpho-aluminate cement, silica fume and slag is investigated. According to a series of designed experiments, acid resistance of mortars is tested by mass loss, strength loss and corrosion depth of specimens. The study reveals that the acid resistance of mortars with Portland cement is better than the one of sulpho-aluminate cement. When both mixed with the silica fume and slag, the acid resistance of mortars with Portland cement is best.

摘  要:通过四片不同配筋形式的轻骨料陶粒混凝土剪力墙的低周往复水平荷载试验,研究了钢筋的布置形式和钢筋的级别对轻骨料陶粒混凝土剪力墙抗震性能的影响,包括承载力、刚度、延性、耗能能力等抗震指标。研究结果表明:采用斜向配筋形式的轻骨料陶粒混凝土剪力墙比提高钢筋强度更能有效的提高结构的承载力、变形能力、耗能能力,延缓刚度退化,提高结构的安全储备。Abstract:Throughthehorizontallowcyclicloadingtestsofdifferentreinforcementformoffourpiecesoflightweightaggregatehayditeconcreteshearwall,theinfluencesofthelayoutandthelevelofthereinforcementontheseismicperformanceofshearwallarestudied,includingthebearingcapacity,stiffness,ductilityandenergydissipationcapacity.Theresultsindicatethatthediagonalreinforcementformsoflightweightaggregatehayditeconcreteshearwallcanmoreeffectivelyimprovethebearingcapacity,deformationandenergydissipationcapacityofthestructurethanimprovingthereinforcedstrength,delaystiffnessdegradation,andimprovethesafetyreservesofthestructure.

摘  要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为结合剂,粉煤灰作掺合料,蛋白类发泡剂和玄武岩纤维,制备了粉煤灰-水泥基泡沫混凝土,探讨了纤维的不同长度、不同掺量对表观密度为900kg/m3的泡沫混凝土早期的性能的影响。结果表明,玄武岩纤维能提高泡沫混凝土早期的抗压强度和抗折强度;吸水性能取决于泡沫混凝土的绝干密度;加入玄武岩纤维对泡沫混凝土的导热系数有一定的增加,其中,纤维掺量的变化对泡沫混凝土的导热系数影响较大。Abstract:WiththeordinaryPortlandcementascombinationagent,flyashasadmixture,proteinfoamingagentandbasaltfiber,theflyash-cementfoamedconcreteisprepared.Theeffectsofthefiberwithdifferentlengthanddifferentproportionontheearlyperformancesoffoamconcretewith900kg/m3apparentdensityarediscussed.Theresultsshowthatthebasaltfibercanimprovetheearlycompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthoffoamedconcrete,thewaterabsorptionperformancemainlydependsonthedrydensityoffoamedconcrete,thecoefficientofthermalconductivityoffoamedconcretecertainlyincreaseswhenaddingthebasaltfiber,andthechangeofthefibercontentscanobviouslyaffectthecoefficientofthermalconductivityoffoamedconcrete.

摘 要:研究了不同掺量及尺寸油菜秸秆纤维对混凝土表观密度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,相同配合比条件下,随着掺量的增大,油菜秸秆纤维混凝土表观密度和抗压强度均降低;但当秸秆纤维长度大于2.0cm时,抗压强度降低幅度趋缓,且极限承载状态下表现出良好的塑性。 Abstract: The influences of different content and size of cole straw on the apparent density and compressive strength of concrete are researched. The results show that under the same mix proportion conditions, with the increase of the amount of cole straw, the apparent density and compressive strength of the cole straw concrete both decrease. However, when the straw length is longer than 2.0cm, the decrease of compressive strength of the concrete has slowed down, and the concrete at the ultimate bearing state shows good plasticity.

摘 要:通过设计对比试验,从相对动弹模量和质量变化两个方面研究了普通混凝土、玄武岩纤维混凝土及玄武岩纤维-引气混凝土的抗冻性能,并分析了纤维增强抗冻机理。结果表明,玄武岩纤维的掺入能有效提高机场道面混凝土的抗冻性能,相对耐久性指数较引气混凝土提高18.6%。 Abstract: Through the design of comparative test, the frost resistance of ordinary concrete, basalt fiber reinforced concrete (BFRC) and BFRC-air-entraining concrete is studied from two aspects of the relative elastic modulus and quality changes. The mechanism of fiber reinforcing frost resisting is analyzed. The results show that the basalt fiber can effectively improve the frost resistance of airport pavement concrete, and the relative durability index is increased by 18.6% than the ones of air-entrained concrete.
